This is a placeholder privacy policy for LienWatch. The complete, legally reviewed copy is being finalized. Until then, the short version: we collect the account information you give us (name, email, phone if you opt in), the billing data Stripe stores on our behalf, and basic usage logs to keep the service running and to spot fraud. We don't sell your data. We email only the things you ask to receive — deal alerts, list deliveries, AIEVR reports — and you can opt out from Account Settings at any time.
